Peak Health & Fitness is a community led village gym, proudly owned and run by local partners Mark and Paul.

With over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Mark and Paul built Peak on strong family and local values - creating a space where people are supported, educated, and encouraged to achieve the best results possible, whatever their starting point.

Their vision was simple: to build more than just a gym. Peak Health & Fitness exists to help people get the most from their health, through expert guidance, accountability, and a genuinely supportive environment.

Our protocols are fully bespoke and science-backed, built using real data gathered through lifestyle assessments, biometric testing, and physical measurements. This allows us to tailor training, nutrition, and recovery strategies to the individual, ensuring sustainable, meaningful results.

 

Mark also brings years of experience as a scientist and supplement formulator, having created and owned multiple supplement brands. This expertise underpins our evidence based approach and supports the protocols we use with our members. Our Services

What an amazing team! I trained with Emily and Mark went through all of my diet and supplements. I did 3x16 hour fasts each week for a month and lost 12 pounds. I love the mobile app for chatting to Emily/Mark and also logging food and training
