Education

Being educated while exercising is essential in maximizing effectiveness and reducing risk of injury. We will teach you everything you need to know about exercising. We will put together the perfect plan to help you achieve your goals, demonstrating the correct posture and form for each exercise.

Exercising can be a hassle and at times it may feel like there isn’t enough hours in the day. Whatever the reason, sometimes it’s difficult to find the motivation to work out. Regular sessions with a personal trainer may give you the boost you need and having someone in your corner to push and encourage you can be rewarding. Sometimes all we need is a little more support.

Accountability

Accountability goes hand-in-hand with motivation. Throw the “I’ll go tomorrow; I’m too tired” excuses out the door because a personal trainer will ensure that won’t happen. Sticking to a fitness plan gives you incentive to follow it through and is the best way to achieve your goals.

A common misconception is that personal trainers are high energy, in your face, and work you to exhaustion with heavy lifting, which is far from the truth. I make sure my clients achieve their goals and push past their fears as well as specialising in all different aspects in the gym such as weight loss, muscle building, fat shred, body conditioning, if you have a goal, we can achieve it together! I have a strong educational background in health, fitness and sport. I like to push myself as much as I push my clients, so my client doesn’t feel like they are doing it alone, we are working together as a team.

Hi, I’m Rochelle and I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer. My fitness background started from a very young age through dance, netball and competing in athletics. Despite always being involved in sport, I was never confident in the gym, until I hired a coach. This completely changed my life and led me to gain the qualifications to help others. My experience as a client has enabled me to put myself in my clients’ shoes and work on making them feel more confident in themselves and comfortable in a gym environment. MEE Although I specialise in fat loss, I have a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation, which means I can help you achieve your fitness goals with safety and injury prevention in mind.

I specialise in high-impact training methods including HIIT, Core conditioning, High Intensity Resistance Training, Kettlebell Flow. I'm also a qualified/experienced High Intensity Interval Boxing (HIIB) coach.
