Our performance coaches are qualified to the highest standard and have many years of experience within the fitness industry. Each coach has their own areas of expertise and their main focus is making sure their clients achieve the results they strive for.

Personal training sessions can be booking individually or if you want to commit to one of our body transformation packages you can book 6 weeks’ worth of sessions at a discounted price!

Transformation packages range from:

  • 2 x per week (Bronze)
  • 3 x per week (Silver)
  • 4 x per week (Gold)

What’s included:

  • Full health and fitness analysis
  • Individual one-one training sessions
  • Personal food plan, monitored for the duration of the course
  • Direct contact with your coach for motivation and support
