“I started training Sarah when she was about 4 stone heavier. I would like to say that I helped her lots, but the truth is, she had always yo yo’d, losing but gaining weight back, so my aim was to keep it off this time.”

Top Tips:

  • High-intensity training is really worth the effort
    (I hate the Air Bike!)

  • Being a ‘busy mum’ isn’t an excuse for not being happy with yourself

  • Take their products (for omega-3’s) as it has really helped me keep tight skin

Rhyss, our Trainers’ words on Sarah:

“I started training Sarah when she was about 4 stone heavier. I would like to say that I helped her lots, but the truth is, she had always yo yo’d, losing but gaining weight back, so my aim was to keep it off this time.

I won’t bore you with the details, but Sarah fell under our ‘insulin resistant 2b’ protocol.  This meant that her blood-sugar levels were an issue and potentially type-2 diabetes (NIDDM) in the future. Basically, she was tired, gained weight easily (especially love handles and back of arms) and was heading for future medical issues. By following the protocol, she has reversed this, which we can back up with her fat-loss, laboratory reports and supplement prescription.”
