Tell us what motivated you to begin such a transformation?

I was actually one of the first people to join Peak Health, back all of those years ago. Back then, I was in a sedentary job, unhappy, nearly 19 stone (a must see picture), never trained and I was becoming ever more unhealthy.

Peak Health quickly got me on a plan, which from day one was realistic, but also at the forefront of diet/training advice. I noticed results very quickly and I captured all on photo, but I was more grateful that I also could see how my health had improved on paper with the health tests I did. My approaching diabetes diminished, my testosterone levels are brilliant, my blood pressure is now optimal and I have improved my blood cholesterol/fatty acid levels (also a must see).

I’m the fittest and strongest that I have ever been now and I have maintained this for a long time. But I still stick to a similar plan from start, I do go through cycles of really getting in-shape for events, but I only go back to my maintenance plan. I’m sure any body at work or home would agree and that I still cook/prepare all of my meals.

I must say, I am really proud of the gym and to be a part of it. I love to help people and should anyone require my assistance, please just let me know.
