Having being busy with my business for many years, I didn’t prioritise myself at all. Looking back, my weight crept up without me realising. I was so happy when I got back into it, my fitness levels got better every single week. That kept me going in the first few weeks, but then all of a sudden, my fat began to fall off too. My energy levels have gone through the roof and I don’t get the afternoon lulls anymore.
